Welcome to PawramLoan, a digital platform operated by Pawram Trading Private Limited ("Pawram", "we", "us", or "our"), designed to connect users with digital lending solutions. Through a strategic partnership with Udvai Traders Private Limited ("Udvai", "Lender"), a licensed Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), PawramLoan enables users to apply for and manage loan applications.

By installing or accessing the PawramLoan application, you ("you", "your", or "User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use PawramLoan.

Please note: these Terms may be revised periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. About the Platform

PawramLoan is a proprietary digital solution maintained and managed by Pawram Trading Private Limited, which acts solely as a technology and service facilitator. Pawram does not provide financing itself but serves as an intermediary between users and the official lender, Udvai Traders Private Limited.

Udvai Traders, as a certified NBFC under Indian law, is responsible for evaluating loan applications, determining eligibility, and disbursing funds. Pawram supports this process through its technical platform and user interface.

By using PawramLoan, you acknowledge that Pawram is not a financial institution or lender.

3. User Consent & Eligibility

To use PawramLoan, you must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Indian law. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are solely responsible for keeping your data up to date.

4. Platform Features

PawramLoan offers the following services through its mobile application:

• Digital loan application submissions.
• Verification and analysis of personal and employment data.
• Status tracking and communication regarding loan approvals and repayments.

All loan-related decisions, including interest rates and repayment plans, are determined solely by Udvai Traders Private Limited.

5. Registration and User Information

To use PawramLoan services, you will need to create a user profile by submitting necessary information, including but not limited to:

• Full name, contact number, and email ID.
• Identity documents such as PAN and Aadhaar.
• Bank details, income statements, and employment verification.

You confirm that all details submitted are genuine and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of service or legal consequences.

6. Permissible Use

By accessing PawramLoan, you agree to use it solely for the purposes outlined in these Terms and not for any of the following:

• Engaging in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
• Violating local, state, or national regulations.
• Tampering with or attempting to breach platform security.
• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with others.

Any misuse may lead to suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

7. Privacy & Data Usage

During the application process, PawramLoan collects personally identifiable information and financial data. This data is securely transmitted to Udvai Traders Private Limited for evaluation purposes. 8. Data Security

Pawram Trading Private Limited and Udvai Traders Private Limited implement industry-standard encryption and safety protocols to protect your information. However, given the nature of digital platforms, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge this limitation by using the service.

9. Information Disclosure

You expressly allow the sharing of your data under the following circumstances:

• With Udvai Traders Private Limited for loan assessment and processing.
• With governmental or regulatory agencies as required by applicable law.
• With service providers and affiliates assisting in the loan facilitation process.

10. Third-Party Content and Responsibility

PawramLoan may include links or references to third-party services, such as credit rating bureaus, insurers, or advisors. These entities operate under separate terms and are not governed by Pawram or Udvai. We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or services offered by such third parties.

11. Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pawram Trading Private Limited and Udvai Traders Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• Loss of income, business opportunities, or data.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Any technical issues, delays, or unavailability of the service.

12. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to PawramLoan if:

• You breach these Terms.
• You engage in unauthorized or illegal use of the platform.
• Your actions are deemed harmful to platform integrity or reputation.

Upon termination, your access will be revoked immediately without prior notice.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to fulfill any obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, network failures, or governmental restrictions.

15. Updates to Terms

We may modify or update these Terms at our discretion. Such changes will be communicated within the application or on our official website. Continued usage after the updates signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
